Submitting Your Work
To maintain the integrity of this site, as well as our “fresh” philosophy, all work posted must first be reviewed by staff members at FRESHPORTFOLIO.com, who may rely upon the
opinions of industry professionals in making determinations about
the quality of your work. Creativity is subjective. This is not
an art or design competition. Acceptance or rejection (for posting)
of your work is at our discretion and should not be specifically
interpreted as praise or criticism.
Legal Issue
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOUR WORK IS APPROVED FOR POSTING, IT
WILL BE VIEWED BY OTHERS (INDIVIDUALS, COMPANIES, ART INSTITUTIONS,
ETC.). YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW HOW MUCH OF YOUR "CONTACT INFORMATION"
(FULL NAME? PHONE #? E-MAIL ADDRESS? PAGER #?) SHOULD BE PUBLICLY
SEEN. YOU MUST DECIDE HOW YOU WANT OTHERS TO CONTACT YOU, SO ONLY
PROVIDE THE INFORMATION YOU WISH TO BE SHARED (POSTED).
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS SITE AND THE INTERNET, WHERE UNAUTHORIZED

How to submit your work
If you're interested in showing your work to prospective employers,
art collectors, galleries and anyone else who enjoys art as much
as we do, please send the following:
1) Send your current resume, hard copy and a digital file (one page
only).
2) Send 6 to 8 samples of your best work (we prefer digital file
jpg).
3) Your files should be named as follows: Last name, first letter
of first name, the word sample, then the file extension. Ex. SmithCword.jpg
4) Place a number after the word sample if you are submitting more
than one sample
5) Send an application (via e-mail, or print out and mail with your
artwork).

1) Send via e-mail with the files attached (jpeg files).
2) Send via snail mail on either a floppy disk or zip.
3) If you have slides, photographs, or original artwork you want

NOTE: If you send slides, prints, or disks/zips and want them returned,
you must include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with proper
